TERMS & CONDITIONS

All guests staying at Opal Cove Villas are asked to read and obide by the following terms & conditions.

• Booking
  The sending of the on-line booking form confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions as set out below and shall be binding on all persons entering into the booking form. Opal Cove Villas shall review all booking requests and confirm acceptance in writing as soon possible after receiving the booking request from the customer. On acceptance of the booking the customer shall pay a booking deposit equal to one nights accomodation to secure the booking with the balance and bond payable no later than 24 hrs prior to the booking. Opal Cove Villas reserves the right to accept or refuse any or all booking requests received and cancel any booking where the customer fails to pay the deposit or balance of the stay or does not comply with any part of the terms and conditions. Deposits are forfeited by the customer for any breach of the terms and conditions.
  
  
• Bond
  A bond of $300.00 is required prior to arrival. The Bond is refunded in full within 72 hours of departure providing no damage is found to the villa or its contents. The villa must be left as it was found, clean & tidy
  
  
• Deposit
  A deposit equal to one nights accomodation, is required at the time of booking.
  
  
• Payment
  Payment is accepted via Visa card, Mastercard, Bank Card, and Direct Deposit must be paid 48 prior to arrival. Cheques must be received 3 days prior to arrival.
  
  
• Cancelations
  Refunds of deposits are non refundable unless the cancellation dates can be re-booked. Transfers of bookings subject to availability.
  
  
• Check In & Check Out
  Check in is after 2.30pm and check out must be prior to 10.30am (early check in or late check out, may be arranged subject to availablity)
  
  
• Responsibilities
  All persons stated on the booking form are responsible for the care of the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it. At the end of the rental period, all utensils, carpets, furnishings, walls, fittings must be left clean and tidy. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the management company immediately of any sudden equipment failure so that reasonable action can be take to rectify the situation.
  
  
• Liability
  The owners and the management company of the property accept no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused. The use of all accommodations and amenities including the pool is entirely at the user’s own risk. Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times when using the pool. Glass or crockery is not permitted within the pool area. The owners or management company cannot accept any liability for any loss of rental time due to travel problem, flight delays or cancellations, industrial disputes or any events outside our control.
  
  
• Maximum Guests
  Opal Cove Villa's accomodates a MAXIMUM of 10 people. 6 Adults & 4 Children.
  A fee of $50 per adult per night for more than 6 adults is charged.
  Adults (16 and over), Children (15 and under).
  
  
• Length of Stay
  All prices quoted are for a 7 night stay. Price variations may apply for stays shorter than 7 days.
  
  
• Telephone
  No land line is available within the villa. Guests are advised to bring their mobile phone where available. A public telephone is available within the Opal Cove Resort.
  
  
• Smoking
  The villa is Non-Smoking. Guests are requested to smoke outside the villa. (ashtrays provided)
  
  
• Pets
  No pets are allowed in the villa complex.
